Our history in construction dates back to 1945, when our grandfather, a surveyor, founded the first construction company. At the time, it was a question of rebuilding on the rubble left by the war, and the construction company-built buildings designed by third parties. Our father, an engineer, then continued the business by shifting the focus from construction to conception, from construction site to project.
Now the baton has passed to us, who are committed to respecting some principles:
- absolute transparency towards the customer
- respect for the territory
- love for what we design and build
Having always been used to designing to make ourselves and then sell, we have developed a particular competence in knowing and managing the different aspects of a building, foreseeing the construction problems and optimizing costs.
The 2008 economic crisis flooded the market with properties sold in judicial auction. Publication on the internet and easy access to information then revolutionized the new auction "market", making it accessible to the general public as well.
As designers and builders, we first observed it with concern, then with interest, to invest in our turn. And finally, we have decided to offer our proven experience in the construction sector to those who target this market, which is at the same time rich in opportunities and pitfalls.
